DPD Pickup Shop allows you to select a convenient location to collect your order as an alternative to home delivery. There are more than 6,500 locations including neighborhood businesses as well as Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Co-op & Post Offices.
Please note that the DPD Pickup Shop delivery option is not applicable on items that require an oversized, large, extra large or specialist delivery service. DPD Pickup shop also has a weight restriction, therefore if you have multiple items in your basket which total over the maximum weight restriction, the DPD Pickup Shop delivery option will not be available at checkout.
If you have an eligible basket for the DPD Pickup Shop delivery option, you will be able to select your chosen pickup shop location at the 'Information' stage of the checkout. Simply enter the town or postcode to where you would like to collect your order and it will display the closest options for you to choose from.

Q: How long do I have to collect my order once it is delivered to the DPD Pickup Shop?
A - You have 7 days from the day of delivery to collect your order. If you do not collect your order within 7 days, it will be returned to nkuku and a refund will be processed once it has arrived back with us.
Q: What do I have to do to collect my order?
A - You will receive a ‘pickup pass’ via email as your delivery confirmation from DPD, this includes a barcode for the pickup shop to scan, please have this ready when collecting your order. Certain DPD Pickup Shops may ask you to provide photo ID.
Q: What do I do if the pickup shop can't find my order?
A - If you arrive at the pickup shop to collect your order and are informed that your order can't be located, please check the following details:
- You have your pickup pass and it has not been longer than 7 days from the day it was delivered;
- Ensure you have arrived at the correct pickup shop, some pickup shops may be close in proximity.
