Once your order has been placed on our system, it is automatically sent over to our warehouse who begin the process of picking and packing your order. This means, once you have placed your order, unfortunately we are unable to amend it.
We are constantly reviewing and striving to improve our processes to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible, and will let you know should anything change.
We would suggest that should you change your mind about something you ordered, simply return any unwanted items to us using the returns form included in your delivery, and we’ll process your return. Please see our returns services.
