To return a product weighing over 30kg, or one that was originally delivered by our specialist 2-person courier service, please contact our Customer Care team here, who can arrange a collection for you for a day of your choice.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods Nkuku is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
