To return an item to us, you can do so by clicking here.
If your item was delivered by Yodel or DPD please click on 'Standard Returns' which will take you to our returns portal. Once you have entered your order number and post code/email address and selected which items you are returning, you will given courier choices and the costs associated. The costs are based on the item(s) size, weight and courier choice.
If you are returning a larger furniture item that was delivered by our 2-person courier team, please click here.
This will direct you to contact our Customer Care team who will assist in booking a collection with the same courier team. The cost to return a larger furniture item can be found under 'Returns' on the product page of the item.
